Returns

Returns accepted after viewing the product which must not be tampered with or altered in any way. We do not assume responsibility for incorrect assembly by the buyer. The right of withdrawal can be exercised, as required by Directive 85/577/EEC, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product via Express Courier. To be entitled to a replacement or refund, the item must be returned via tracked shipping paid by the buyer and must be perfectly intact in all its parts. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION IN WHICH THE PRODUCTS ARE SENT. THEREFORE TEST THE PRODUCTS BEFORE INSTALLING THEM, DO NOT REMOVE ANY PROTECTIVE FILMS. FOR WRONG PURCHASES, RETURN COSTS ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY. UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNS, AFTER OUR INSPECTION TO VERIFY THE ORIGINAL CONDITIONS, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THE COST OF THE ITEM ONLY (AND NOT THE SHIPPING COSTS). VM CarTech offers shipments only with "GLS Express Courier" which means having a safe and very rapid shipment, the package will arrive directly at your doors within 24/48 hours after the product has been shipped!

Warranty

All spare parts sold enjoy a 3-month warranty from the MANUFACTURER where available, in all other cases the warranty is offered directly by VM CarTech Generally but without any constraints, the direct warranty from the manufacturer applies to products of well-known brands where it is necessary to contact the relevant national assistance centers or depending on the manufacturer, home replacement is often provided.
